Booking Confirmation: You will be informed about the booking amount before processing. The booking is confirmed only after the payment is received.
Full Payment: Information regarding full payment and due dates will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed on time to secure your safari, stay, and other services.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment options. Please ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient balance.
Changing Booking Dates: To change the booking dates, the existing booking must be canceled as per the cancellation policy. New bookings depend on availability.
Jeep Safari, Canter Safari & Elephant Ride: These bookings are 100% non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to another date or time.
Night Stay Cancellations: Night stay bookings, including Dhikala Forest Lodge, are entirely non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request. In case of unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable or if the booking process is canceled.
